Activities
Activity 1: Management and implementation
This project involves a series of coordinated management activities, including the signing of partnership agreements, budget distribution, the design of the project logo, creation of visual identity templates, regular online meetings, and communication with the Turkish National Agency when necessary. Key project deliverables include interim and final reports prepared by KAGEM (Turkey), focus group organization, survey development, and implementation of a Quality Plan led by CYA (Hungary). Transnational meetings are planned in Turkey, Spain, and Hungary to monitor progress and facilitate collaboration.
The target group is unemployed youth aged 18–30, particularly those at risk of social exclusion. Activities include the development and maintenance of a multilingual website and e-learning platform, the creation of project branding materials, social media engagement, and local outreach campaigns. Fieldwork with focus groups will assess training needs and provide feedback on educational content related to essential and digital skills.
The project aims to improve youth employability through training in soft and digital competencies, using peer learning and networking approaches. A sequential development of educational modules on the EYZEN platform will ensure continuous feedback and quality monitoring. Results will include increased youth engagement, improved skills, and a scalable learning model applicable across various educational sectors.
Activity 2: A panel of the 30 best AI apps for teens
The main activity is to create a digital panel consisting of 30 AI-based tools, formatted as a searchable and filterable database on the project website. Each tool will include a short description and relevant data based on the partners’ focus areas. Tools will be categorized and tagged to facilitate user navigation.
The target group is young people in Turkey and Europe, especially those concerned with issues like unemployment, education access, economic instability, housing, mental health, political participation, climate change, gender equality, migration, and data privacy. These concerns were identified through partner-led surveys and literature reviews.
This activity supports the project’s goals by introducing young people to AI tools that can develop 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy. It also promotes ethical and responsible AI use, teaching participants about data privacy, bias in algorithms, and misinformation detection. The final outcome will be a youth-oriented tool repository hosted on the project website.
Activity 3: IA Implementation Guide
This activity involves developing a toolkit with a tutorial for each selected AI tool. Each tutorial will explain the tool’s core functions and practical applications, using a common template agreed upon at the initial project meeting. The content will be integrated into an e-learning platform to reach a wider audience of young people.
The primary target group is youth aged 18–30, with the aim of enhancing their digital knowledge and skills. These young people will benefit from guided, hands-on learning experiences with AI tools, tailored to individual learning needs and delivered through a flexible SPOOC (Self-Paced Open Online Course) format.
This activity supports project objectives by providing practical training and usage examples for each tool, helping participants improve problem-solving, decision-making, and cognitive skills. The final result will be an e-learning platform with 30 applied tutorial modules, offering young learners accessible, self-directed opportunities to build future-ready digital competencies.
Activity 4: Online education for teens
The proposed activity involves creating a SPOOC (Self-Paced Open Online Course) hosted on www.eyzen.eu, allowing youth to access a personalized e-learning platform at their own pace. The course promotes the use of Personal Learning Environments (PLEs), enabling users to tailor their learning paths according to their interests. Although PLEs are underutilized in formal education, they are highly effective in informal contexts and lifelong learning.
The target group includes disadvantaged youth, such as those with disabilities or migrant backgrounds. The goal is to help them personalize their learning environments to meet their specific needs. The platform will also benefit teachers, volunteers, and youth professionals by providing tools and methods to support youth based on their individual preferences and challenges.
The activity supports project goals by fostering understanding of PLEs and encouraging the development of digital and self-directed learning skills. It will offer tools to fight misinformation, adapt to technological changes, and build personal learning networks. Expected outcomes include a dynamic e-learning environment with AI-integrated tools, customizable digital toolkits, and the implementation of at least 20 digital tools per partner via free software like Symbaloo.
Activity 5: Dissemination and multiplier activities
A final workshop will be held to present the project results and promote the EYZEN platform. Each partner will organize at least one event for 20 participants from the target group, involving young people and employment experts. Responsibilities include creating promotional materials, translating content, organizing logistics, and documenting the event. Social media and collaboration with local institutions will help gather participants and increase outreach.
The event targets primarily unemployed or disadvantaged youth, as well as professionals working with them. The agenda includes presentations, round tables, practical sessions on AI tools and the EYZEN platform, and concludes with evaluations and certificate distribution. Events will be held locally in Spanish, Italian, or Polish and require prior registration for proper planning.
This activity helps meet project goals by validating the platform with real users, gathering feedback, and testing its relevance to youth needs. It also emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning and adapting to evolving job markets. The modular, self-paced format of EYZEN supports diverse learning needs, increases employability, and encourages entrepreneurship through accessible, ethical use of AI and digital tools.
