Activities
Activity 1: Management and execution
The project involves a series of coordinated management activities, including the signing of partnership agreements, budget allocation, design of the project logo, creation of visual identity templates, regular online meetings, and communication with the Turkish National Agency as needed. Key project deliverables include interim and final reports prepared by KAGEM (Turkey), the organization of focus groups, the development of surveys, and the implementation of a quality assurance plan led by CYA (Hungary). Transnational meetings are planned in Turkey, Spain, and Hungary to monitor progress and facilitate cooperation.
The target group is unemployed young people aged 18-30, especially those at risk of social exclusion. Activities include the development and maintenance of a multilingual website and e-learning platform, the creation of project image materials, participation in social media, and local information campaigns. Fieldwork with focus groups will assess training needs and provide feedback on educational content related to basic and digital skills.
The project aims to improve the employability of young people through training in soft and digital skills, using peer learning and networking approaches. The sequential development of the training modules on the EYZEN platform ensures continuous feedback and quality control. The results include greater involvement of young people, improved skills, and a scalable learning model that can be applied in various educational sectors.
Task 2: The 30 best AI applications for teenagers
The main activity is the creation of a digital panel consisting of 30 artificial intelligence-based tools, which will be presented on the project website in the form of a searchable and filterable database. Each tool includes a short description and relevant data based on the partners’ focus areas. The tools are categorized and tagged to facilitate user navigation.
The target audience is young people in Turkey and Europe, especially those concerned with issues such as unemployment, access to education, economic instability, housing, mental health, political participation, climate change, gender equality, migration, and data protection. These issues were identified based on partner surveys and literature reviews.
This activity supports the project’s objectives by introducing young people to artificial intelligence tools that can help them develop the skills needed in the 21st century, such as critical thinking, problem solving, and digital literacy. It also promotes the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence and educates participants about data protection, algorithm bias, and misinformation. The final result will be a tool database for young people, which will be published on the project website.
Activity 3: IA implementation guide
This activity involves developing a toolkit that includes training material for each selected AI tool. Each training module describes the basic functions and practical applications of the tool based on a common template agreed upon during the initial project meeting. The content will be integrated into an e-learning platform to reach a wider audience of young people.
The primary target group is young people aged 18-30 who want to develop their digital knowledge and skills. These young people will benefit from guided, practical learning experiences related to AI tools, delivered in a flexible SPOOC (Self-Paced Open Online Course) format tailored to individual learning needs.
This activity supports the project’s objectives by providing practical training and use cases for each tool, helping participants develop problem-solving, decision-making, and cognitive skills. The end result will be an e-learning platform containing 30 ready-to-use training modules, offering young learners accessible, self-directed opportunities to develop future-proof digital competences.
Activity 4: Online education for teenagers
The proposed activity involves the creation of a SPOOC (Self-Paced Open Online Course), which will be available at www.eyzen.eu and will enable young people to participate at their own pace on a personalized e-learning platform. The course encourages the use of personal learning environments (PLEs), which allow users to tailor their learning path to their interests. Although PLEs are underutilized in formal education, they are extremely effective in informal contexts and lifelong learning.
The target group includes disadvantaged young people, such as those with disabilities or a migrant background. The aim is to help them personalize their learning environment to suit their individual needs. The platform will also benefit teachers, volunteers, and youth workers by providing them with tools and methods to support young people based on their individual preferences and challenges.
The activity supports the project’s objectives by promoting understanding of PLEs and encouraging the development of digital and self-directed learning skills. It offers tools for combating misinformation, adapting to technological change, and building personal learning networks. Expected outcomes include a dynamic e-learning environment with AI-integrated tools, customizable digital toolkits, and the introduction of at least 20 digital tools per partner using free software such as Symbaloo.
